About ChessBadger

A simple chess practice site for solving puzzles, reviewing results, and sharing progress with friends or coaches.

A simple place to practice chess

ChessBadger is a small, personal chess site—not a commercial training platform. It is built for players, friends, and coaches who want a straightforward place to solve puzzles, review games, and notice what needs more work.

Practice, then look back

Work through a puzzle collection at your own pace. ChessBadger remembers which puzzles you solved on the first try, which took another attempt, and which ones you missed, so the results are useful without turning practice into a complicated dashboard.

Easy to share, private to update

Claim a player name and choose a private PIN to save results across devices. Your progress page is public, so a coach or friend only needs the link to follow along. The PIN is never needed to view progress; it simply keeps other people from adding results to your account.

Keep improving

The goal is not to collect features. It is to make deliberate practice easier: solve positions, revisit the difficult ones, study instructive games and articles, and gradually make better decisions over the board.
